ICONIC FLOW™ – Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Iconic Flow™ platform, you ("User") agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Platform

The platform is intended for use by authorised healthcare practitioners for medical billing and administrative purposes. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Confidentiality

The User acknowledges that Iconic Flow™ contains proprietary systems, workflows, and processes. The User agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of the platform, including screenshots, processes, or data structures, without written consent.

3. Data Protection & POPIA Compliance

Users confirm that all patient information entered into the platform has been obtained lawfully and with appropriate consent. Iconic Flow™ will take reasonable steps to protect data but shall not be liable for misuse or unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Iconic Flow™ platform, including software, systems, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Iconic Billing (Pty) Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

Iconic Billing (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to billing errors, delays, or data inaccuracies.

6. Access & Suspension

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Iconic Billing (Pty) Ltd if misuse is suspected.

7. Acceptance

By using this platform, the User confirms acceptance of these terms.

Apps Script Setup
Follow these steps to connect the doctor's billing Google Sheet to Iconic Billing:
  1. Open the doctor's Collections Sheet in Google Sheets
  2. Click Extensions → Apps Script
  3. Delete all existing code, then click Copy Script below and paste it in
  4. Click Deploy → New deployment → Web app
  5. Set Execute as: Me & Who has access: Anyone → Deploy
  6. Copy the deployment URL and paste it into the Apps Script URL field above
